As an introduction to late American lawyer Lysander Spooner’s opening words to his book, “No Treason”, I suggest watch the below Star Trek clip to the point where Kirk READS THOSE VERY WORDS!
Just propaganda in science fiction, or did Gene Roddenberry know more than he let on???
I suggest Claude William in the clip above symbolically represents early America and Captain Kirk represents current America. Why? Because Claude William did NOT fully understand what a 100% voluntary society should look like.
The Yangs’ (ie Yankees) had their holy book called, “Eve Plebnista”. But Eve Plebnista was actually the US Constitution, created on Omega IV by parallel development (according to Spock)! However, this book/document/constitution ended up enslaving Omega IV, including the Comms (ie Communists).
Since this book, Eve Plebnista, was called their “holy” book, it is also a subtle symbolic reference to the Bible, IMO, which is another enslaving & mind controlling device, again my opinion.
How do I know this, since Star Trek never did a sequel to this episode? Because the episode is symbolic of our planet! Isn’t “Kirk” now enslaved by constitutions and laws as much as Communist Russia, China, etc…?
Everybody is enslaved by the commands (ie laws) of the master ruling “religious priest” class called politicians (even called “ministers” — prime minister, health minister, etc…). And they themselves are slaves of the banksters, who are slaves of mind controlling non-human negative energy vampire beings.
Yes, I think Roddenberry knew more than he let on.
Now for a quote from the opening page of Lysander’s book:
The Constitution says:
"We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
The meaning of this is simply: We, the people of the United States, acting freely and voluntarily as individuals, consent and agree that we will cooperate with each other in sustaining such a government as is provided for in this Constitution.
In the book, Spooner goes on to explain that, while not directly stated, this is the intended meaning of the constitution. A good and short read. I recommend it.
Not many Americans realize what that means. Do you freely, voluntarily, AS AN INDIVIDUAL, consent to income tax? No? Since the constitution allows you to ignore ANY LAW, unless you individually, and freely, and voluntarily consent, ON THAT INDIVIDUAL BASIS, you simply inform your government of your constitutional right and ignore filing.
Well, you may think, the government can’t individually negotiate tax requirements for 300 million Americans. That’s not practical. They don’t have the resources. Exactly!
The government has to assume implied consent and push it on everybody. Lysander Spooner covers that too in the book, the mind control tactic of implied consent behind their entire bullshit legal system.
Yes, the IRS will probably intimidate you. Yes, some corrupt or ignorant judge might insist you are obligated to obey their commands, claim your interpretation is wrong, and get some order-followers to throw you in jail. Are you prepared to defend your rights under your Creator, which the Declaration of Independence talks about too?
